What format does Webshare use, and does this checker read it?
Webshare exports proxies as IP:port:username:password. This checker reads that format directly, along with user:pass@ip:port and plain ip:port, so you can paste your Webshare list without editing it.
Should I test Webshare's rotating endpoint or the individual proxies?
You can test either. Paste the individual IP:port:user:pass lines to check each static proxy, or paste the rotating backbone endpoint to confirm it connects and see the exit IP it hands you.
Are Webshare's free proxies worth checking?
Webshare's free tier gives you a small set of datacenter proxies. They work for light use but are shared and easier to detect, so checking their speed and whether targets block them before a real job saves you time.
How do I test my whole Webshare list at once?
The free tier checks 50 per run. For a larger Webshare export, a $5 one-time pack covers 5,000 validations, or use npx proxychecker-dev yourlist.txt from the terminal.
