Bright Data Proxy Checker
Bright Data doesn't hand you a raw IP list, it gives you a gateway (the superproxy endpoint) plus zone credentials that encode the country, session, and product you want. To test it, paste the gateway host:port with your zone username and password, and this checker shows the exit IP Bright Data routed you through, along with its country, ISP, and type. That confirms your zone is live and configured the way you expect before you burn bandwidth on a real run.

Target URL Proxy Check NEW
Test proxies against a specific target URL. Find out which ones actually work for scraping your target, not just which ones are alive. Detects WAF blocks (Cloudflare, DataDome, Akamai, Imperva, PerimeterX) and CAPTCHAs.
| Status | Proxy | Protocol | HTTP | Latency | Block Reason |

Port Scanner
Scan any host for open ports. Checks 22 common service ports by default, or specify your own.
| Port | Status | Service | Latency |

Ping
Measure round-trip latency to any host. Returns min/avg/max and packet loss percentage.

See your public IP address, location, ISP, and whether you're detected as a proxy or datacenter.

Frequently asked questions
How do I test a Bright Data proxy if there's no IP list?
Paste the superproxy gateway endpoint (host:port) with your full zone username and password as ip:port:user:pass. The check connects through the gateway and reports the exit IP it assigned, which confirms the zone works even though you never see a raw IP list.
Why does my Bright Data exit IP change every request?
Bright Data rotates by default on residential and mobile zones. To hold an IP, add a session ID to the zone username per their docs, then re-check a few times to confirm the same exit IP sticks.
How do I know my Bright Data zone is set to the right country?
The checker reports the exit IP's country. If you set a country in the zone username but the exit lands somewhere else, the targeting parameter is likely formatted wrong, this is the fastest way to catch that before a job.
Does testing Bright Data here use my bandwidth?
Each check makes one small request through the gateway, so it consumes a tiny amount of zone bandwidth, far less than discovering a misconfigured zone after running a full scrape through it.
