Flash AI Solutions ProxyChecker

Residential Proxy Checker

Not every proxy sold as residential actually is. This checker classifies each exit IP as datacenter, residential, or mobile based on its network registration, and flags proxies that look like datacenter IPs being sold at a residential price. Paste your list and see the real type, ISP, and country of every proxy, so you know what you're actually paying for before you run a job on it.

Frequently asked questions

How do you detect a fake residential proxy?

We look up each live proxy's exit IP against its network registration (RDAP) and check whether it belongs to a hosting/datacenter provider or a consumer ISP. When a proxy sold as residential resolves to a known datacenter network, it gets flagged as suspected fake residential.

Why does it matter if a residential proxy is really datacenter?

Datacenter IPs are far easier for sites to detect and block. If you paid a residential price for stealth but got datacenter IPs, your success rate on protected targets will be much lower than expected, and you overpaid.

What's the difference between residential and mobile proxies?

Residential proxies use IPs assigned by home ISPs. Mobile proxies route through carrier networks (4G/5G) where many users share and rotate IPs, which makes them the hardest to block but usually the most expensive.

Can I check a whole residential proxy list at once?

The free tier checks 50 at a time. For a full provider list, a one-time $5 unlock covers up to 5,000, or the API handles recurring bulk validation with CSV export.
